PRODUCT WARRANTIES

All products carry full manufacturer’s warranty as set out by the manufacturer. Ask your salesperson for exact warranties.  Repair is reserved by the manufacturer’s authorized service depot.

INSTALLATION WARRANTY

Installations come with a one-year warranty against workmanship performed by us. Any unauthorized changes to the installed system avoid the warranty. Defective equipment covered under manufacturer’s warranty is subject to a removal and reinstallation charge of $80.00.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL

If a product that you buy from us proves to be defective within 15 days from the date of purchase, we will replace it with a new unit at no charge.

TERMS

Net payment 15 days, late payment service charge will be imposed on all balances 7 days over due date. Prepaid invoice my apply. At a periodic of  2% per month, which is an annual percentage rate not more than 24%. All merchandise remains the property of our Company  until payment is received in full.
